Please note the following items are strictly non-refundable once confirmed
Once Tomorrowland festival passes are issued and confirmed, they are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable as per the supplier's policy. This applies regardless of the cancellation timeframe.
Certain hotel deposits paid at the time of booking confirmation are non-refundable as per Avani Pattaya Resort's cancellation policy. These deposits are retained by the hotel regardless of cancellation timing.
If Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 is officially cancelled or postponed by the organizer, you have three flexible options
Receive full package amount minus non-refundable hotel deposits
Get 110% of your package value as credit voucher for future bookings
Transfer your booking to rescheduled festival dates at no extra cost
These refund options are only applicable if Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 is officially cancelled or postponed by the event organizer. In such cases, you will be notified immediately via email with detailed instructions on how to select your preferred refund option. Please note that hotel bookings remain subject to the hotel's individual cancellation policy.
