Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for early bookings. If you book more than 6 months in advance, you can split payments into 3 installments: 30% deposit upon booking, 35% at 90 days before arrival, and 35% at 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made 90+ days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee, 80% refund. Cancellations made 60-89 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee, 50% refund. Cancellations made 30-59 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee, 25% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival or no-shows: 100% cancellation fee, no refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Refunds are processed within 14-21 business days from the date of cancellation approval. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for booking. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank. Credit card refunds typically appear within 7-10 business days.

We provide complimentary return transfers from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK), Don Mueang (DMK), and U-Tapao (UTP) airports. Transfers operate on December 10 (check-in day) from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and December 14 (check-out day) from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You must provide your flight details at least 7 days before arrival. Our driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with an Explera sign. Travel time to Avani Pattaya Resort is approximately 2 hours from BKK/DMK and 45 minutes from UTP.

SIC stands for "Seat-In-Coach," meaning the daily shuttle service to Tomorrowland operates on a shared basis with other guests. Shuttles run 4 times daily on December 11, 12, and 13 with departure times coordinated with festival schedules (typically departing resort at 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 8:00 PM, returning at 11:00 PM, 1:00 AM, 3:00 AM, and 5:00 AM). Exact timings will be confirmed 30 days before the event. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, single occupancy is available for both room types. The single occupancy supplement is 75% of the package rate. For Deluxe Sea View Room: $12,249 total ($6,999.50 + 75% = $12,249). For Sea View Corner Suite: $17,499 total ($9,999.50 + 75% = $17,499). Single occupancy includes all the same benefits: Tomorrowland pass, airport transfers, daily shuttles, and breakfast.

Yes! All packages include Tomorrowland Full Madness Pass (3 days) for December 11-13, 2026. Festival passes are arranged through authorized third-party suppliers. Once confirmed and tickets are issued, passes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable as per supplier policy. Explera DMC is not the official ticket seller or organizer of Tomorrowland.

Yes! We offer special rates for group bookings of 6 rooms or more. Groups of 6-10 rooms receive a 5% discount, and groups of 11+ rooms receive a 10% discount on the total package price. Yes, room upgrades are subject to availability and price difference. If you booked a Deluxe Sea View Room and wish to upgrade to a Sea View Corner Suite, you will pay the difference of $3,000 per person ($9,999.50 - $6,999.50). Upgrade requests must be made at least 30 days before arrival. Contact us to check availability and process your upgrade.

Standard check-in is 3:00 PM on December 10, and check-out is 12:00 PM on December 14. Early check-in (from 12:00 PM) is available for $50 per room, subject to availability. Late check-out until 6:00 PM is available for $80 per room, subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are confirmed based on hotel occupancy. Luggage storage is complimentary if early check-in or late check-out is not available.

If the official Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 festival is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, we will offer you the following options: (1) Full refund of your package payment minus any non-refundable hotel deposits (typically 10-15%), (2) Credit voucher for 110% of your payment valid for 24 months for any Explera package, or (3) Transfer your booking to the new festival dates if postponed, subject to availability. We will notify all guests within 48 hours of any official announcement and work with you to find the best solution.
