Tomorrowland Festival Passes
Tomorrowland festival passes included in the package are arranged through authorized third-party suppliers. Explera DMC Co. Ltd. is not the official ticket seller or organizer of Tomorrowland. We act as an authorized reseller and travel package provider.
Package Components
Hotel accommodation and Tomorrowland festival passes are independent services sourced from different suppliers. Explera DMC combines both services into a single travel package for client convenience. Each component is subject to its respective supplier's terms and conditions.
Festival Cancellation or Postponement
In case Tomorrowland festival is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled for any reason, the hotel booking remains non-refundable and subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Explera DMC Co. Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any changes, cancellation, or policy updates made by the event organizer or ticket provider.
Non-Refundable Policy
Once the package is confirmed and tickets are issued, Tomorrowland passes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable as per supplier policy. This applies regardless of personal circumstances, travel restrictions, or changes in plans.
Booking Terms
- Rates: All rates are quoted in USD and are per person on twin sharing basis. Single occupancy rates available upon request with 75% supplement.
- Package Dates: December 10-14, 2026. Check-in on December 10 at 3:00 PM, check-out on December 14 at 12:00 PM.
- Airport Transfers: Complimentary return transfers available from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK), Don Mueang (DMK), and U-Tapao (UTP) airports. Flight details must be provided 7 days before arrival.
- Shuttle Service: Daily shuttle service to Tomorrowland venue operates 4 times per day on December 11, 12, and 13 — coordinated with festival schedules so you never miss a set. Return shuttles run through the night to bring you back safely after the music ends.
- Breakfast: Daily breakfast included at resort restaurant. Breakfast timings as per resort schedule.
- Payment: 30% deposit required to confirm booking. Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival (October 11, 2026). For bookings within 60 days, full payment required immediately.

Explera DMC Co. Ltd. acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, festival organizers, transportation providers). We are not liable for:
- Changes, delays, or cancellations made by third-party suppliers
- Festival schedule changes, artist lineup modifications, or event cancellations
- Personal injury, loss of belongings, or any incidents during the festival or travel
- Travel restrictions, visa issues, or entry requirements imposed by authorities

Both the Deluxe Sea View Room and Sea View Corner Suite packages include the Tomorrowland Full Madness Pass for December 11–13, 2026, giving you access to all stages and performances across three full festival days. The Full Madness Pass is the premium ticket tier, granting access to the iconic Mainstage and all secondary stages.
Airport transfers are included from all three Bangkok-area airports: Suvarnabhumi (BKK), Don Mueang (DMK), and U-Tapao (UTP). Our professional drivers will meet you at arrivals with an Explera sign and transport you directly to Avani Pattaya Resort — approximately 2 hours from BKK/DMK and 45 minutes from UTP.
The daily shuttle service operates on a Seat-In-Coach (SIC) basis, running 4 times daily on December 11, 12, and 13 — coordinated with festival schedules so you never miss a set. Return shuttles run through the night to bring you back safely after the music ends.
